Can I return or exchange my candle?
We know it can be tricky to purchase candles online. At Antique Candle Co.®, our top priority is to make sure you are happy with EVERY SINGLE CANDLE, every single time. That’s why we have a 100% Happiness Guarantee.
Does a candle not smell like you expected? Did your candle arrive in less-than-absolutely-perfect condition? Reach out to our Candle Care team here—we’ll replace your candle for FREE and help find a scent you’ll love.

How do I change my order?
We get it—sometimes you just change your mind right after checking out! While we’re currently unable to make product changes to existing orders, reach out to us here. We’ll cancel your order and help get a new one started with all the candles you need!
If you just need to change the address on your order, you can do so on your order confirmation page up to 50 minutes after checkout. Otherwise, reach out to us here and we’ll get that updated for ya!
My order arrived damaged.

How do I apply a coupon code?
One coupon code can be applied per order at checkout! Simply add your coupon code to the box that reads“gift card or discount code,”and hit apply.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
We feel ya, friend—you are READY for those candles! If your order shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation via email that contains tracking information (we recommend double checking your spam folder just in case).
You can also track your package (and view your invoice PLUS keep track of all orders) via the Shop App with a Shop App account! Additionally, you can log into your account on our website to keep tabs on your orders.
If your order has just shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Why does my order say ‘Delivered’ but hasn’t arrived yet?
We are so sorry about this, friend! We recommend waiting 1-3 days after receiving a delivery notification to allow the candles to show up (sometimes it is just a carrier scanning the package early). If they still aren't at your doorstep after a few days, reach out here and we'll be more than happy to help!
Please allow for additional transit time during the holiday season.
Can candles melt in the summer heat?
Yep… it gets hot out there, and natural soy wax candles have a low melting point. Sometimes candles can melt during transit—especially in the peak of summer! If you're in an especially warm part of the U.S., we recommend bringing your candle #happymail inside as soon as possible to avoid extended time in the heat. Once they arrive, be sure to store them in a cool, dry place. And if your candle doesn't arrive in perfect condition, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with ourHappiness Guarantee!
What are your Shipping Policies?
We currently ship within the United States. All our candles are shipped from Lafayette, Indiana.
Our goal is to ship your candle #HappyMail orders within 1-2 business days or less!
All contiguous U.S. orders $65+ ship FREE! Domestic orders outside the contiguous U.S. qualify for free shipping at $85+, or ship for a $15 flat rate on orders under $85. Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive to your home 1-5 days.
If your candle arrives damaged from transit, don’t worry! Reach out to our Candle Care team here—we’ll replace it for FREE!
All average shipping times assume no delays. Please allow additional transit time for Hawaii, Alaska, or during the holiday season. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time packages remain outside (on a doorstep).
